Lo-Fi Games

Hi guys, I'm trying to make a translation of the game in italian, but when I save the modified dialogues, close and reopen the editor the original text is back.

It only saves newly created items, but they're like the original ones 'cause I can't modify them.

And even without modifying any mod the game can't load them, it says "Failed to load the mod 'modname' game will revert to normal"

Oh and I've bought the game so it's not a demo problem right?.

What's your install path? Is it the default steam one? And are you running as admin?

The install path is "C:\Kenshi" I'll try running it as administrator.

EDIT: I tried as administrator but it didn't work, it reverted back to normal.

EDIT 2: Tried installing Kenshi in another directory, same problem.

Ps:I did what was written in the mod tutorial to load the mod, I don't know where's the problem.

I've also got the problem for anything related to modding the dialogue reverting back to its original, it could be a sort of fail safe where it checks with a server or something for the original file size, not sure how complex it could/is but that just happens with some games.

I kinda wish Chris would let us expand on the dialogue though it would give the game some added depth and expand the area for players in terms of language.

Same problems dudes, I hope this does get fixed, I need it for the mod I am making!

I'm temporarily fixing this bug by creating new dialogues and changing the npc dialogues to the new created ones. Hope this helps
