Does anyone know how to add factions and squads of people into the game ? I have used the construction set to create the factions, Squads, Units and such, i copied templates of the existing ones in the game so i think i have everything i need. Any ideas ?

You have to load the original game in the editor then enable the faction, and enable the "auto spawn" (or AS for short). If you need to copy the AS just go to any other faction and make a copy of it. Name it something different, attach it to your faction, and it should work. Dont forget these as well:
A Starting point for your faction (preferably a city or a specified region of the map)
Wander Ratio (this is important if you want your factions squads to move around)
Bump Ratio (this is so they dont get stuck on things or walk thru walls)
Faction Alliances and Diplomacy Stats (So your faction isnt auto attacked by every other faction)
I made a group of "Super Bandits" that wiped out all the cities, merchants, and NPC's units...that is until yours truly saved the day (not really i got raped repeatedly). keep in mind that you should most definitely LIMIT the squad size so the engine doesnt get over burdened and crash.

Why yes, I just destroyed your army, burned your city to the ground, and terrorized the entire continent by myself. Tea?

Yeah at the most it was going to be squads of about 4 - 8 people, mostly peaceful with everyone other than the typical bandit factions and another faction i made. something in the region of 6 - 10 squads around at a time if the game loads the entire map at once, but if it would load the "region" you are in i might lower the squad count to 2 - 4
Also where would the AS be located ? In my faction menu i get something like this http://gyazo.com/c92ba07f4b113609e638517821ca382f

Well regionally ive counted (at least what i could see and determine from the squad count in the editor) around a dozen or so squads in each region NOT containing a city, and upwards of 20 or so in regions containing a city. Each squad ive seen has 8 members, a leader and 7 lackeys.

Hey, I second that. I cannot find that button either
I just created a Naruto mod with ALL of the Naruto factions and edited the existing factions to match the Naruto world as well. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to find a way to spawn my modded factions and characters. (Yes, I put them under divisions and factions) but in-game they do not spawn, and the existing factions that I modified are not what I set them as either. (And yes, I saved in the construction set AND loaded it on the mod manager) any help regarding the issue of spawning my characters in-game would be very much so appreciated as I would really like to share my Naruto mod with the kenshi community.
