help with ideas!! :C

i have a few ideas for a little mod and i have been trying to figure it out myself but no luck with that yet.
so this are a few of those ideas:
hire other faction for a number of days and pay them wages
when a outpost building is made it comes with a outpost crew
setting the shop counters to a specific items and able to auto refilled by your toons
putting a lifespan for weapons and items
i know some of this isnt viable atm because the game is still in alpha but its worth a try
