Can you activate the black dragons in the construction set?

I know at the beginning of the 58 updates, the black dragons were implemented, and they would harass you base with a bunch of guys. Then they were removed. Is it possible to reactivate them in the construction set, and if so, how?

I too would like to know this. I also would like to know if you can make bandits randomly raid you base. Or perhaps a custom group you have created yourself??!

You should be able 2, all the data should be in the construction set just a matter of enabling the right things
