Lo-Fi Games

Hey everyone! I'm very new to posting on these forums, but I have been following Kenshi and reading the forums for years now. Recently, I've taken a much greater interest in the game as the development seems to have accelerated in the last year or so. I am familiar with the construction set, however I have been using it selfishly until now.

I am looking for suggestions for mods to make that others would enjoy. I can do balance changes, make re-textures and variants of existing weapons, armors, etc. I can create new factions and potentially new settlements although I have not made a fully-functioning one to the extent of the existing major settlements in Kenshi, my limitations being not fully understanding how to mess with faction AI so that they acknowledge the existence of it.

If there is something you would like to see me create, please request and I will happily attempt to make it if I feel it is something I can handle. Just don't expect me to make massive changes to the game, because I'm kind of lazy

I would like to see some retexuring of cannibals. They don't look naked and painted to me...
Maybe texture them naked with paint on them and put some rags on them (to mantain some decency )

Another thing I would like to see is some more sexier outfits for womans, because I like sexy ladies

I am trying to retexture the Plated long boots to be a black boot with a more gray color on the shin plates. so the shin plates look like they belong to a set with the "mercenary leather armor". and as a second retexture I would like to recolor the drifters leather pants so the brown leather is again in the gray tone to match the mercenary leather armor.

basically I am looking to make a set of armor that uses the Plated Long Boots, Drifter Leather Pants, Mercenary Leather Armor, Armored Hood, and Blackened Chainmail. such that is looks like it belongs together. With a basic black undertone and the details in the gray style on the mercenary leather armor. Most of it works as is, but a recolor on the boots and pants would be nice.

If it makes any difference, in my mod it is for a female unique character. I can deal with making the unique armor I just need the textures to work.

I have looked at the armor retexturing and it just does not seem to be working for me. I must be missing something obvious as this is not my first foray into game modding.


EDIT: Ok, yes, I was just saving the textures in the wrong compression mode. have this issue sorted meow.
