[mod] storage chest bug temp fix [0.67.2]

Makes the storage bug usable as a container again.
Probably useless after the next update, since the cause seems to be a missing functionality tag which is the only thing this mod fixes.
In the meantime, for people who do not want to create their own fix via modding.
Tested on steam version 0.67.2
