[MOD] Ninja Rags Texture FIX

Hi,
this is a simple mod that correct the texture for the ninja rags since Kenshi uses DX11, it replace the old ninja rags texture which was pretty dark because of DX11 effects on a 512*512 texture when normal map and gloss was 2048 ...:
