Ayuda con la llave de Steam/Help with Steam key

Hola, hace unos días atrás mi amiga me regalo una llave de Steam del juego de Kenshi que compro en una tienda en línea. Al tratar de activar la llave en Steam, me decía que "no está disponible en este país". Creo que es porque ella es de Colombia y yo del Caribe. ¿Puedo darles mi llave y ustedes la convierten en una que sirva en el Caribe?
