How do I build?

Hello, I'm new to Kenshi. I was wondering how I can build. I have no idea how at the moment. Can you please be a kind person and teach me how?

Right now you can't.
But the few next updates will be adding new features related to it (like the possibility to buy buildings (with doors) and such)

the next update should come along soon.

You should always proofread carefully to make sure you didn't any words out.

Well you technically can. You just have to toy around with an editor that hates you and is looking for an excuse to crash.
