I decided to purchase another copy for steam using the bitcoin option. Unlike other threads I've seen my payment went through successfully. and It informed me that I should receive an email soon containing my key. That was 17 Hours ago and I am yet to receive my key. I am not sure what 'support' I need to contact as the coinbench website contains very little if no information.

Just keeping anyone who is interested up to date. Chris responded by twitter and told me to email a person at a lofigames address. That was a day ago. Awaiting response.
