Hello !
I hear that you are planning on releasing a native Linux version for Kenshi.
If I'll buy the current version, will I get the Linux version for free ?
Also, how would I make sure that my money goes to the "Linux version" ? (to let you know that I buy your game only because it will have a native Linux version).
Thanks
Maxim

I am not planning a linux version I'm afraid.
I was reading this article : http://www.ubuntuvibes.com/2011/12/kens ... ended.html and it's been said that a Linux version is possible, but it's been updated since..
Too bad, the Ogre engine is cross platform and we the Linux gamers could really use a good cRPG, those games are really missing from our platform and we would support a good cRPG.
Shame that you chose not to support us when using a cross platform game engine.

The engine may be cross platform but the plugins that chris uses aren't. So it would take a lot of effort to make the unix version and I guess chris wants to concentrate on kenshi as it is now... with the features and ideas he has planned for kenshi, he'll already have enough to work on for a looong timeMaximB wrote: Shame that you chose not to support us when using a cross platform game engine.
You should always proofread carefully to make sure you didn't any words out.

Its too much work for me, I'm afraid I just don't have the time or resources for it. I'd rather focus on making the game as good as I can.
