EDIT: As for halloween, I didn't realise that was a thing until it wasn't a thing anymore. I live in future Australia (which doesn't really do halloween) so by the time things appeared on facebook it was already late evening here.

(on an unrelated note, the world does not blow up on the 8th. The sun has indeed risen today.)
