gotta stop climate change first or doing all that is a waste of money and time and the new weather patterns will kill anything they try.

Ah, whatever they do (even colossal statue of Guan Yu) - it brings some job for thousand men, so they could breath next few months.

That statue is a glorious thing though. As a longtime player of ROTK from the very first in the 90s, and from that a fan of the history, or pseudo history, set down by Lou Guan Zhong....that statue is inspirational as can be.

I'm always impressed at how China is developing its territory. It looks like they're playing Sim City with cheat codes on :lol: you'll see, within 5 years, in that desert, they'll have ridiculously high towers like this one, Spanish- or Greek-style villas like this one (even if it's not guaranteed someone will buy said villas), more factories than Detroit in the 30s, 2 aeroports and 5 amusement parks.
