I love them and I follow them, simple as that.
Just wanted to share skullkickers, an awesome comic so far.
Feel free to add some other comic titles here that can compete to the quality.

Webcomic
Questionable content for sure.
http://www.questionablecontent.net/
The 'problem' with questionable content is that the art style is absolutely shit at the beginning. Once you reach comic 50 you will see an improvement and eventually once you reach the current date (~2500 comics I think) the art is absolutely gorgeous. So, slog it out for the first few hundred comics and just enjoy the story until things become more sexy.
XKCD is excellent. As in, pure, sent-from-heaven math/physics/random goodness. Again, the early comics have little direction but after the first 100 or so there is a very clear direction and recurring characters (kinda, its all stick figures) come in.
ALSO: Make sure you mouse over the picture of the comic once you finish reading and read the little text that pops up for EVERY comic. They often continue the joke, have an extra little comment or something else interesting to read that is relevant. Enjoy.

There are others but that is enough for today.

I know xkcd might be a bit cerebral but I recommend trying to get into it. Since it is not a story and each comic pretty much stands on its own I can suggest you use the random function. It is really very good. Although, as I said, the first hundred or so were just his random drawings in his book when he was bored and so don't make any sense. Later ones involved him doing awesome charts that detail the amount of radiation coming out of the Fukushima reactor and simple comparisons to things we can understand like the radiation you get form eating a banana or (god forbid) sleeping with someone. Definately some interesting stuff in XKCD, although it gets mixed with a lot of random stuff that requires some more in depth knowledge of the subject first.

Thanks or the XKCD link
I have seen some of these before but didn't know it was the same drawer. Some of them are really good and have deep thoughts in them. Very interesting and funny to read
[EDIT]
I really like comics that include thinking and thoughts and interesting subjects and ambiguous and maths and such. Also Logicomix: An Epic Search for Truth was very enjoyable but it is not webcomic. I recommend it to anyone who is interested in philosophy and logic. Google it
But I also like weird stuff that has absolutely no point. It's hilarious when you are too tired to think. For example, I'm big fan of Hugleikur Dagsson. He's not webcomic drawer/writer either but there are many of his works on web since they usually are one picture long or so.
He is mostly known from these books:
1. Should You Be Laughing at This?
2. Is This Supposed to be Funny?
3. Is This Some Kind of joke?
I have them all
I'm not sure is this okay to put this here as an example but you can remove it if it isn't.

I remember having read something of that sort, but haven't found the site's name yet.Blxz wrote:I know xkcd might be a bit cerebral but I recommend trying to get into it.
Will get back on that once I find it.
I haven't read any of them Santa... something to add to the book list =.='.
Be sure to look at skull kickers, makes my day everyday.
Derp Derp Derpa!
I follow Goblins pretty routinely.
The author explains in the beginning of then archive about how the art has evolved. It's grown quite a bit over the years and their new artist really draws it out. The story is comical with the right bit of personal drama and struggle.
