Medieval Dynasty

While you guys are waiting for Kenshi2 check out Medieval Dynasty, it's a 1st person settlement/survival sim. It really scratches the itch.
I suggest you check out some vids on youtube, but if you like Kenshi I'm going to say 90% chance you will want to play this.
