I want to make this short, I'll give you an example: an enemy made a stab on an arm of someone, then a stab on the chest of someone else, it doesn't hit either the lungs or heart. Which one bleeds faster? The guy who got stabbed in the chest. That's all, please make this a more complete suggestion, I'm not really in the mood to make this any more complete.

This is already in the game, it is just abstracted. Your bleeding rate is related to how hard you have been hit. It just doesn't say 'Your prostate has been perforated -bleeding rate 4.37'.*
