Not sure how I feel about the torture aspect, but I can see how some perfectly normal people enjoy being sickos in video games 
However I would certainly like to see dismemberment added for the sake of realism in combat, like if a limb gets too much negative hp it will fall off on the next hit or something. Or if a limb is not treated soon after combat it becomes infected and must be amputated by a doctor.
I guess you already have something like that planned for though since you plan on adding robotic limbs, which i'm all for! Cyborg ninja faction for the win!
