Buying Faction Relations

I want there to be an option for mid-late game to where you can buy good relations with factions. I was thinking it could cost anywhere from 10,000+ cats everytime you wanted to raise relations by maybe 1-5, they could also set it up to where you can pay however much you want (with a minimum) and depending on how much you pay is how many points of relation you get. This could be a fun thing to try to accomplish in late game. Since there will probably be other ways to raise faction relations in the future, buying it could have some penalties that wouldn't normally be there. I know they're already going to add more diplomacy options, I just wanted to say this in case they haven't thought of it.

Several of us have created various versions of Diplomats that hang around in the bars.
Mine cost you 2000 cats for a 10 point increase in your relations. It makes it hard to get into some of the bars to meet with them when everyone in town hates you. So not too easy, and very expensive.
You can also offer cops and Mercs 1000 cats for their good work. to get a 10 point boost in their opinion of you.

Will have to wait and see if they are still needed in the .90 version.
