Joining Factions (and questing system)

Have you ever wanted to join the Tech Hunters on great expeditions, or maybe become a bandit under the rule of the Bandit King? Maybe you've wanted to become a Soflam Ninja, or maybe a Holy Paladin.

Part of the Reputation system for Kenshi could involve joining some of your favorite factions. Being given a rank or job by that faction based on your abilities. Working your way up from a city guard or Famer to the commander of a squad/group. Spy on the Empire for Okran, or sabotage a city's garrison for an upcoming battle. Free important prisoners for your faction. All ways to increase your reputation and rank within a faction.

Just an idea to give some purpose and gameplay for roleplayers like me.
