I wich my better trained fighgters could mentor weaker fighters

how?

1 - any character with higher fighting skills could "mentor" any character with lower fighting skills till they get same fighting level

2 - this action could only be done at our settlement

3 - fighting skills gain rate should be same as a training dool with the diference that the max trained skill is caped at mentor skill

4 - the skill gain rate should also be affected by the diference betwen mentor skill and trainee skill

This is realistic and would give some use to my fighters when they are stationed at base, they could use their time training each other leveling skills

someone long time ago mentioned that "Dojo Style" training is planned

hmmm if it was long time ago and still not done guess it wont be...if its to much work i would be happy if only i could make my characters fight each other, with injuries and all, like they were enemies, i would just equip them with strong armor and weak weapon and then they train as fighting enemies

To my idea i have not seen the Dev mention dropping the Dojo training idea. it's not in mostly because they are working on other things.
