Stamina and Auto Sleep

Hello Kenshi community!
First of all, thank you, Kenshi-Crew, for such a phenomenal game! After 50 hours in, I have to say, I love it so much! Though one of the things I don't like in its current state is
the lack of a stamina system:
You can clearly see Chris' intentions, which aim at realism and equality between player characters and NPCs so you feel like being bound to the same rules as anyone else, that's why it feels a bit strange to have my guys working 24/7 while the world around you comes to a halt for several hours every day.
My suggestion:
Make Stamina another GUI progress bar which slowly decreases over time, while pulling strength etc. down after a certain negative stamina level is reached. So you theoretically COULD let your guys work for days but at least they'll suffer consequences.
In addition:
Automatic Sleeping
Shift + right clicking a bed should be enough, then you could set the priority as usual.
You could add a "double handle range slider" GUI element to a character dependent sheet where the player can set preferred rest times individually. Of course, the character will only go to bed if there isn't any other job of higher priority in the job list.
