Pause on load

Loading a save can some times take a few minutes. It'd be nice if the game were paused when the loading is finished so that it isn't necessary to sit and watch the loading screen for fear of being attacked. Maybe have it as an option?

it used to do this but they changed it at one point. not sure why.
