Instead of just saying "Whoever is dead" make it more specific to what killed them, and where the fatal blow was. If they took too much damage to their head it would say "Got his head pureed" if he got killed while taking a hit to the head by a leviathan, or "got his guts spilled out" if taking a death hit to the stomach with a blade or even a beak thing. I know not everybody would enjoy this and even might up your maturity rating a bit, so you should keep an option to turn it on and off in mind, if you think this is worth putting in. Other people should feel free to put their morbid ways of dying in kenshi to this post, just for fun!

I came up with a quick list of lines. If you like them I can make more, with more/less specific kinds of deaths depending on feedback

_'s chest got flattened by a Garru
_'s Stomach exploded (fragment axe or high end blunt damage)
_'s head was flattened (plank)
_'s brains turned into a stew (blunt)
_'s chest splintered apart (blunt)
_ was disemboweled by _ (katana to stomach)
_'s face was dislodged by _ (polearm, katana, extremely sharp objects)
_'s heart was filleted (katana, extremely sharp objects)
_'s heart ruptured (polearm)
_'s chest was split open (sabre)
_ died in a pool of their own blood (death from blood loss)
