Formations
With ranged weapons and especialy friendly fire i would love some kind of formations. Now i have to manualy micro-manage party, with 1 - 3 chars its not a problem but with 10+ its getting a little bit tiring after 50th time. if i could put them in line with single button would make my life way easier
Sorry for my bad english.

yes
formations for ranged weapons is defiantly a must.
though unsure if they will get added.

Do you believe the sexes should be equal?

Then Men would become unmanageable

One quick fix for that in the mean time:
Have your ranged squad follow one member in the "caravan" formation. They will form a line behind the leader. Now just give him a move order perpendicular to the enemy and "HOLD" the squad.

+ 1. The workaround is fine when already engaged, but not quite perfect for travelling, for the reasons I've just explained in "Feature requests".
