FCS Randomized Character Loot

The ability to randomize inventory items. This is something myself and several others have been wanting for a while now. Personally I feel like it adds a lot to the experience of looting enemies or stealing from sleeping characters, giving them some illusion of being a person in the game, rather than an entity that was spawned 5 minutes ago to run across the area until despawned or killed. Also adds more reason to actually loot enemies, as currently once you have looted one type of character, you know what they all have.
The way I'd suggest the feature to work is to leave the current inventory dropdown untouched. Adding things through the current dropdown would function as a guarantee to have a certain item, no random chance at all. This is still useful for certain cases to be able to guarantee certain items, it also prevents the addition of a system like this from breaking vanilla NPCs.
Then add a new dropdown option, called "Loot" or something. This dropdown would allow the user to select from a vendor list, which would handle all the relative chances of items on its own pretty easily. Then once added to the character, it would have 2 values. Val1 would be minimum number of items to spawn from the vendor list, val2 the max number of items. Very similar to adding debris items to a nest/town.
Ideally this would also allow the ability to add multiple vendor lists to a single character, each one operating independently from the others, pulling from its own values for min/max numbers.
Money items are another thing this system could be used for, as vendor lists already have a section for money item generation, so taking advantage of that to be able to add small amounts of randomized money to characters would be great as well.
