The Bonedog can provide medical assistance to the owner

Hello. It occurred to me that a dog might lick its master's wounds. Add to Kenshi 2 ?
If they do, then they need to have a chance that it eats you and you die.
Then for extra fun, have the potential for bone dogs to recruit new squad members by either being cute or friendly.
Honestly, i wish the game had a sims/eugenics aspect to it, and kids. could you imagine a faction like Father/Mother from the xenoclash saga where it was made up of orphans/kids kidnaped from neglecting homes?
