Basically when you're traveling with a large squad with some heavy loaded members, it's easy for them to get spread out in a very long line with run speeds being different and all.
So I was wondering if a button could eventually be implemented,
in addition to the "Run", "Jog" and "Walk" buttons, that sets the movement speed to match the slowest member or even an appointed one?
For example: It's a small inconvenience to have the most capable member all the way in the front,
only to have the pack mule(s) lagging behind get ambushed by a large gang of bandits.
Setting the speed to a specific squad member would ensure the group stayed close to each other.
Another example: Making new, slow and very vulnerable recruits easier to protect,
or at least patching and picking them up after a "training session" would go faster if it came upon them unexpectedly during travel.
Would this be difficult to do if run speed is a dynamic element? If so it's not that important.
Set travel speed to squad member button.

I thought this has been already suggested... But I tried to check the suggestion list but couldn't find it. Maybe it has been suggested on some of the other topics under other suggestions? That way they never had own topic and they might have been missed.

The follow command works just as well.Mattk50 wrote:while not optimal, it can kinda be done by taking the slowest member of the squad and ordering all other members to bodyguard them.
