[Idea]Caravans, Schools, Footprints and more!

Whilst playing i can't help but stumble across my own ideas for items/systems that would fit well in the Kenshi world.
Here are a few.
Player Trade Caravans
- Have the ability to set up a trade outpost with your own goods that NPC caravans can trade with.
- Be able to organize your own caravan and set goods that automated NPC's will pick up in specific locations and sell in others on your behalf.
Darker Nights
- With Torches!
- This would add some tension to the game. Making sandboxy experiences more memorable.
Footprints
- In the sand.
Sparring grounds(this has been discussed but wanted to get this idea for them out there)
- Deployable building or ring.
- Allow you to make squad members spar eachother like hitting the training dummy, with a cap.
Schools
- Deployable building.
- Squad members can "study" certain skills for a balanced gain.
Interactive map
- Click on the map and the selected unit(s) will go there.
Offer an option to turn off persistent player names. Seeing each character's name 24/7 is a real immersion breaker. Alternatively, to find individual units that are apart from the group you can show each squad member on the map.
Excuse me if some of these things are already in the works.
(edited for clarity)
