Lo-Fi Games

Just a few questions.


1) I feel that i'm contractually obligated to ask this one even though i'm sure many already have but... When will we be seeing female characters?

2) How will they effect gameplay or the world if at all?

3) This is a question that i'm sure a lot of guys would want to know.... will there be a section in character creator for breast size?

4) Will female outfits be different from male ones?

1) Next update most liekly.

2) Rather unknow for now, someone else might have an answer tho.

3) Yes there is already one even for the man chars.

4) By my understnading, they wll have the same clothes as man, but adapted to the gender, no seperation between M/F cloth, unisex so to say with their differences depending on which wear.

If you just had questions to do and no requests, this should had been posted in other forum section tho like gameplay, not here.

The game isn't particularly Asian cultured. Chris has explicitly said that the game does not take place in Japan. Also: I sincerely hope that we'll be able to have women actually armored. I get annoyed when the ONLY armor available to women is just a plate/chainmail bikini.

With that short of armour might as well be naked to be lighter as it will just have load of openings, but i am there with you, also kinda tired of...

Male type, full plated armour, just head in sight.
Female, "low" plated armour, no armour in sight.

Some male armor you can't even see the head because of your helmet.
It's weird how female armor makes the characters in almost every game look, for lack of a better word that i'm aloud to use on the site, skimpy.

Need to make a band of sexy women :3 them female characters yo.

I find this thread disturbing on a number of levels.

Come to think of it, because the armor system uses a combination of coverage and dampening/resistance stats, skimpy armor will actually be balanced because of its lower coverage.

I find this disturbing, upsetting and seriously, SERIOUSLY wrong on every level known to the existence of everything and everyone else.

What part are you finding disturbing? And no I'm not playing dumb, I really cant figure it out. For the most part the thread is about requesting that women have armor/clothing that's not some super revealing skimpy thing that would totally never actually function as armor or even protective clothing. And given how often women are reduced to such clothing options in video games, I think its worth voicing as a request. I mean sure some people might want scantily clad women, but some might want them to be properly dressed/protected.

Or are you disturbed that we would want something other than the skimpy clothing/armor? Either way the key here is choice, so that it doesn't HAVE to be one way or the other.

I am hoping that the females are actually dressed. It would fit in a lot better rather than having a bikini in the desert expecting to go to war. It'd be funny to see though
