Lo-Fi Games

I was wondering one thing about the base you own, will we have AI that randomly move about like in the other major citys, or will it be our own people, because i remembered about the squad tab and i was thinking that we can have some people in the town working as the workers and the travelers/merchants out the walls selling things that you make/own
