Increase squad size problem's solution and patrols

I read somewhere that our very loved programmer (Which refers to Chris I suppose) wouldn't increase the squad size because the UI at the moment is already very complicated and couldn't handle more people. I think thats true. He is right at this point.
But how about we divide the squad by 10 for 9 pages, and navigate through it by numpad or just "tab"?
For numpad there should 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 to change the pages and for laptop users or people with keyboards that doesn't have numpad on it, we should use "tab" as next squad page.
Well pressing tab for 9 times will in time bore people I guess but since i do, I didn't think of a better solution for it... Sorry
On most MMO's you see f1-f2-f3-... or something similar to change skillsets without using the mouse.
Why are we not adding that to this game? I mean not for skillsets of course. Just squad.
And the reason i didn't say 20 x 9 is because 180 people will be really hard to maintain and also it will demand so much hardware than now. It will need more calibrations than 90 and you can use 1-2-3-4 on top of QWER to choose persons but you can't choose the 11th person with a shortcut so you use your mouse. This ends it too.
And to add this feature, we wouldn't use any of the screen size because if we divide squad by 10, a row of our earlier UI used for squad will be empty and we can change it to 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9 to change the pages with mouse.
This way we could send out our very own patrols in the game which i think will be a milestone in making it possible to make a giant empire.
With possibility of sending out patrols we will need make it possible to change our characters' pages from time to time. Like you want to form a patrol squad at 9th page with people on 1st 3rd and 5th pages. We can select "Old soldier" and right click on him while he is selected, then in the menu there is a "move to page" button which will need to tree out from 1 to 9. Select 9. There, now the Old Soldier is on page 9.
To assign a squad leader, we would right click on the "Page 9" and click "Assign leader" which will tree out again and show us the names of people in the page which then we choose "Old Soldier" to be the leader.
And to Patrol we right click on page again and choose "Patrol" which then makes everyone on the page to stop doing whatever they to and follow the leader while leader just goes around brainlessly like any patrol of the factions in the game do.
I know the game doesn't already have the selection system like i suggested and I don't know if it is hard to implement. But I think this will be a good addition. Of course the moving from page to page and patrolling and squad leadership can wait. I just want more people
By the way for when moving people from page to page there will be problem if we already have 90 guys hired and we try to move people to another page. For that I suggest adding another page for 0. (I realized it while typing the post) But having a people cap at 90.
