Lo-Fi Games

As title says, I would like to see this feature added to the already implemented feature, factions asking for ransoms. Here's what sparked the idea.
So I was just playing with update 0.60., (awesome by the way) and just had cannibals attack me. I was saved by a passing group of Mercenaries from the dead cat faction. They chased the cannibals off, and about 5 minutes later I saw two of the Mercenaries coming at me, alone.Where was their patrol? Once they got close enough i could see that the one running slower was injured, and the one in front was carrying a fallen comrade. My first thought was why had they not healed themselves? They have medkits... or do they? As the two poor souls ran past me I thought, I'd like to help them, they(being the faction) just saved me, why can't I return the favor.
Faction patrols running up and asking for first aid, first aid kits(notice the difference), and even to use any open beds. That is the feature I want to see added. I checked the forums and couldn't fin it listed anywhere, even with search, so if someone has posted it, or this is already a work in progress, disregard this topic and delete it.

This is a link to the picture I saved when it happened. You can see the shock before fear sets in on the guy's face as his comrade is dying in his arms, his brother bleeding to death behind him while trying to keep up, and Ryukenken(one of my newer sentries) just watching as they pass by...
p.s. hope I wasnt too lengthy, didnt even know NPCs would pick each other up , and please post what different actions you could perform when a faction would ask for aid in this topic.

I think that this could a solid amount of realism to the game, having wounded parties come up to your gates asking for medical help if you were neutral or higher with them. Refusing them might lower relations and accepting them would up relations. It could also work where you can have one of your lads run out and offer help to them, upping relations. You could even charge them (probably not upping relations as much in that case). With the new medical update making fighting more lethal this could make a sense, as wounded soldiers requiring immediate medical aid for their comrades would run up and beg for help from the nearest outpost.

Could even add a rental system to this idea. Giving the option to charge for the use of beds/medical expertise.
