AI VS AI in your squads.
For say I want to train the new guy because my best friend in game got picked off by dogs on a run and he was left behind. Now I got an open spot but he will never be my old buddy, so I can rough the new guy up to get him up to par. Even say that new guy gets stuck in too many walls, we lost half our team because he cant keep up and he now has to fight for his life against one of my squad who I deem to be a even fight.
