Don't know if it's in the next update or not with the new buildings, but I always find it amazing that the games I played back in the 80's and 90's allowed you to look through and climb thru windows.
Now that we have the new 3D engines, I never see anything 3d. you are always on a single plane, a few allow you to walk up to a second floor, but you can't climb a wall, sneak in threw a back window. Or just peek through a window or even a door. The original XCOM you could FLY anywhere. You could float up to a second story window peek in and shoot an alien through the window, then climb through the window to get inside. Jagged Alliance you could climb telephone poles and hand over hand across the wires to the roof, then blow a hole in it and drop down a rope into the room.
Maybe we can't relive the glory days, but It would at least be nice if we could have a back window that we could unlock and sneak in.
