Hello 1st of all i would like to say that i have only "tried" Kenshi from the demo stable version. (though the limitations on skills/squad members etc doesnt work so its like normal stable version) So if something is there on newer versions and i missed it pardon me.

Skill Decay:
Well i would love to see some skill decay (u know the phrase: "You don't use it, you lose it" ??). Well nothing too fancy though or game breaking.
In general it would be like, if u dont use a Skill (not sure if its ok for attributes as well, maybe in a smaller scale.) for X Days (let's say 4-5 for examples shake) this particual skill will start getting lower. (i guess it will be more than 1 usually, cause if u go fighting ur labour etc skills wont get used, visa versa when u are bullding etc and not fighting).
Of course this got a limit (something like 20% of ur current skill up to 5 or so max points) at how down it can decay. Also it will be easier to gain back to the point u once where.
It can be that at higher level it decay faster to the limit than the lower levels (being elite on something isn't easy)

This could work well with delaying a bit the character development on some points, also would work great with the old capteain scenario (in the scenario it can even be twice below the limit so he can work up his "previous shape" faster but at start he will be dull from no training etc). But nothing too much that wont let u increase ur skills if u dont use them all the time or make u think, oh i gotta use everything every X days so it wont decay.

Stacking Bags[/b]:
Dunno if this is a exploit or so but putting a FULL bag into a bag isnt right. Actually u shouldn't put bags with items on other bags or maybe even at chests etc. Cause if u buy some traders bags that got stacking ability but little space and a normal bag u can stack materials in the trader bags and then put the bags into the normal bags, and u got "infinite space" in some low price.
ps: the big range of trading items between character is also a bit "weird". Can sell stuff from close range but if u pass the items from char to char to the nearby char u can sell, all while paused.

Luxury Feature: New player on existing world etc:
It would be cool if u could import characters to ur game (not with ur fanction, freelanchers or with their fanction),
or if u could make a new character in ur current world, like u get bored ur overpowered fanction and u thought "hey let's make a new char and see if i can win this" etc.
Or if u could make a character leave ur fanction (either dismissing him or u let ur fanction behind).

I guess these could be possible with modding but for the morals it would be easier if u could do this at some point "easy".

Thnx for ur time, if developers/moderators like any idea of mine and want further explanation (what was in my mind, details whatever i could help) i could gladly share.

You can do this already. export your bod file and import it into a new character.
Or just hire new people.
You can allready dismiss anyone in your group so basically you get to keep everything but can hire a whole bunch of new people to downgrade the powerhouse of your faction.
Do you believe the sexes should be equal?
Oh heavens no.
Then Men would become unmanageable

Importing to a new char wont make this char urs?
What i was tried to suggest was a way to "fight versus" ur "old fanction" or characters.
Like u made a strong city with a fanction named "Yawrrrsss" and u make a war with everyone or so.
Wouldn't be nice to be able to make a new char leaving ur old fanction behind and then either make war with them to see if ur new fanction is better, or maybe befriend them and help them to war etc.
Lets say like make a new start at a "imported" world or so?

I despise your idea of skill decay. Considering the sheer length of time it takes to level up a single point at higher levels, any drop would infuriate players who are doing the long game.

Your second option can be done using the Modding tool, FCS. You can copy your squad and change the faction they belong to. You can then make a new character and fight them. Far too specialized a suggestion to be made mainstream.

ah yes. i see what you mean now.
You can create a faction in the FCS as Abek pointed out. but for actual leaving your own faction and letting the remaining members stick to the old faction and take over your old base and then wage war against you. I dont think thats currently possible. least for now anyways. still lots to be added to the FCS for more and better modding support.

There is kinda of a take over version planed for the game already though not the way you described.

I see, didnt knew about this FCS tool thats so easy to do some stuff with it.

@Abek
Well i havent played too long to know about how its on late game, but up to 40-50points or so the skills level up relatively easy. And i heard somewhere that max is 100, so i thought it would be a nice featureto delay a bit reaching the cap.
Oh well i hope one day a modder will like this idea and see it in a mod or smth

Fair enough. I'm nearing 100 on all skills. And it takes real time days and days to level up one single point.

It slows down like crazy.

You should play around with the Forgotten Construction Set. It's in your Steam Kenshi folder. It's an amazing amazing tool.
