So maybe this is just me, and I know this is a newly released beta, so I expect the bugs, but is anyone else not able to travel to certain places on the map? Like I can't even move along what would look to be a main road, it's just not clickable. Which cuts me out of about 90% of the map

The walkable terrain does seem a bit restrictive, I wish my guys could climb around a bit more. Maybe in the future we could get that as a skill.

I've noticed this as well, especially with the "Freedom Seekers" start. I've started over and over and keep finding myself stuck in the southeast corner of the map, an area of about 15-20% of the current playable area.

Other starts seem to start you outside of that little microcosm, I'd suggest going with one of the others if you want to do a tour of the map(or at least, as much of it as is available in this release).

noticed those areas as well, from what i can tell its an intentional block on those canyons. Likely the restriction will be removed when the map is opened up. For freedom seekers, go north and you should be able to get out of the waystation fine.

but... but... the waytation is small and cozy, slavemonger mayhems bandits infront of their doors and you just need to collect the boots and grab some weapons from time to time :(
the south offers water, farmland, iron, stones and copper. Grub and books are there aswell!
without modding the Starvation rate, any greater roaming are a death sentence if you not remember your beloved ones on the farms :P
