Character and Weapon Builds
i could but i want to stay friendlyBlxz wrote:I suppose you could just grind your characters for a while with their low equipment and then kill some shopkeepers to go 'shopping'. Then you can stay true to your original plan.
EDIT: my planned worked! i found a fight between a shop and a Elite Empire Group and i stole the shopkeepers bag i now have 50K Money, and still have stuff to sell
EDIT 2: just loaded up the game again and lost all of my guys and i have to restart
I have 16,all katanas.A lot of the 2.0 and above damage katanas. They all have armor, shirt ,pants and sandals. Most have hats.About 1/2 have top of the line armor in each catagory so far,its not hard since i can make about 30k in cash just stripping the dead of equipment (both those ive killed, and those found dead).
I have stopped at 16,because i am unsure how more than the 16 would be displayed in the group box.Or even if they would...
Ive been to almost all the cities on the map.I have only attacked the one the "good" npcs were constantly attacking.
I dont think im finding enough "bad" npcs. The groups of them are too small, and too spread out.And i havent found any "bad" npc cities, except the one mentioned above.I often have to "pull" mutliple groups of "bad" npcs to get a really fun fight.
So i really dont have any reason to go above the 16 size party i have.My main guy can now defeat the green wearing groups of 6 "bad" guys on his own.And gets better stat advancement doing so.
Once building is in,and i have a grip on how "factions" work, ill start to attack some "good" cities. But til then, agian,i dont see any reason to go above the 16.

Once multithreading is in effect things can scale up quite significantly. Squad sizes are small for now but should vary in time. Also, so far there are no 'bad' cities. But feel free to smash some random guys and then when you get bored of being their enemy simply restart a new game and import your old squad. This basically resets all the shops and faction alignments but otherwise leaves you exactly the same as you were (since currently your squad is the only major thing to change).
