How do you get your pack animals to sleep and heal?

you don't for now
they have to slowly heal over time.
maybe the Dev will add in a barn type structure where wildlife can rest and recover.
Do you believe the sexes should be equal?
Oh heavens no.
Then Men would become unmanageable
