It should be released very soon, unless it was delayed for some reason.

Updates can be erratic in their timing sometimes. Seems like this one has grown from just buildings to a whole bunch of things.

At least each update is progress with kenshi. I am following another game where each weekly update is actually backwards progression as the guy strips shit down looking for bugs. I mean, what's the point in even wasting 600+mb in downloading that (especially in australia where download limits are pathetically arbitrary)

Thankfully here we might end up waiting a little but each update adds something and is done automatically to even save us the effort. I'll cut him some slack because of that.

Its very hard to tell when an update will be ready. When I'm about 25% done it looks like a week or two left. Then 2 weeks later it seems like another month of work is left. Then all of a sudden its like *bam!* "oh, its ready now".
Thats why I never predict the date well. I think maybe within the week if all goes well.

I guess at the 25% mark Chris thought it needed two more weeks.Then two weeks passed and Chris thought it would take an additional month. Then Emeril shows up and says BAM!, and its ready.

thanks for the response Chris just knowing your here talking to us shows me how much you care for the game you built, I will wait patientally as I move from here and Moddb waiting for a few mods who knows maybe yal can all release on same day to tick me off? lol

I was talking about a game called townseed. It is beginning to frustrate me. The guy has added no new functionality since I bought-in other than a day/night cycle (no gameplay effects) and only seems interested in doing artwork. this has been ongoing for somehting close to 2 months now. I'm trying to stay positive but frankly its only the weekly updates on progress (or lack there-of) that have stopped me from walking away and considering my money wasted. I can't even remember if he has implemented a way to carry saves across to new versions yet, probably not.
