Lanterns

been running around the Vain trying to figure out where to buy a lantern. In a different game a guy came to my front gate and sold me some but can't figure out were to get them in the Vain.
The shops don't seem to have them. Anyone got any clues?

You gotta find the travelling caravan guy again. He's the only one who sells them.

The group that sells it has two distinct features to help identify them.

It is a Hiver trade convoy.
They also move spread out vs in a straight line.

I've been looking for those annoying asshats as well, no luck so far. According to dialogues they also have to yell about danger of going into the fogs once in the vicinity.

Yup they did all that. But they were way over in the new section of the map. I was in the Vain and the new dialogue there was telling me to stop and by one while I was there. but there was no place to buy them.
Shame cause they are nice and work great at night. Pricey though hope they don't run out of charges.
