Just wondering how the game's coming along. It's have been a bit dead around the forums, lately, and I thought maybe some info about how you guys are progressing might liven things up a bit.

Well nothing interesting at the moment, I am mostly battling against bugs, exporter problems, and my video card died, and I spilled water in my expensive ergonomic keyboard.
I am trying to get the last few things in necessary for gameplay. Basic healing (click->healed) and looting, combat tweeks, and faction level AI so that groups of characters can move around the map with a purpose.
I will probably have to leave out saving and loading for the first release, but this month's release is going to be more of a tester anyway, just to stop people threatening to kill me. After that I'm going to release an update on the 1st of every month and it will start getting good.

You sure you can keep a mounthly update? I wouldn't be too sure about that, but none the less it would be great
(except for the part where suta will have more reasons than to kill you when you can't supply our mounthly drug)

It's actually not that hard to keep up on monthly updates. Mind you, some of the updates might just be a few minor bug fixes while he works on major additions to the game, but having something for the update isn't too hard.
Just make sure you change bits of code here and there to make cracks useless. ;P

Yeah I won't be committing to certain achievements, I can just release whatever I've got when the time comes around.

Lol, works for me. Especially if you ever do add in any kind of multiplayer option to the game. I suppose if you do it right, it wouldn't be too hard. As long as there's no random seeds in the game, then just update the actions of players over the network and run pretty much everything else local. Then again, my programming knowledge is a bit limited, so I'm not 100% if that works right or not. xD
Oh, btw, you still have the release date on the main page set to October 1st. XD
I know you don't have an actual date set, currently, but you might wanna take that down so it doesn't confuse newcomers to the site. XD
