Are ammo boxes supposed to not fit long bolts?

I was going to post this in the bug reports section but I was left unsure since someone should have pointed something as obvious as that.
I mean its a 4x4 grid, long bolts are 5x1.

If someone could clear this up for me i would be glad.

Its been reported a few times.
Do you believe the sexes should be equal?
