I was wondering if the devs. made it possible to tame wild creatures?

Not currently. It's been planned, but i think got discarded eventually.

I guess they couldnt find a way to put it in game without messing up the performance or coding it. also in logic form as well.

Its on the luxury features listing.
If it gets added, it will be after the game is released.

No.
There are no plans to add it at this time.
If..... It gets added it will be after the game has been finished and released.
There is no guarantee it will get added though. Just like all the other items on the luxury features listing.

There is an add-on for that complete with a pack that will carry pet food. No idea what the add-on is called, just saw it on a youtube video by Thee Wolf.
