Suggestion: Weapon swapping

As now armor was rebalanced, I think there should be option to swap weapons. Im mostly using katanas, but with lower piercing ability, I should switch to heavier weapon when facing heavy armored oponents. This cant be done without fiddling in inventory for every character in squad, what is tedious. Not even mentioning when weapon doesnt fit in inventory...
