what are the world reaction events?

I missed this someplace. but seeing that there were MORE of them added in 98.48 i'm really curious. Is this just what we call it when a faction visits your outpost, or is there something more? Anyone know?

it's stuff like if a leader of a group is killed, that faction might stop spawning, or might stop having visits/raids on your outpost, or even just some new dialogue from their enemies to praise you for killing them. can also just be changes that happen depending on if you're allied with someone, or if you're their enemy, or if a town has been destroyed. don't want to spoil anything, but you can look through the fcs to see what changes can happen.

*spoiler alert* after killing all the holy nation leaders the fogmen invaded the holy lands, and shek literally took over bad teeth and the other southern city.

I just started getting a Wrath of God event after this latest patch... tons of Holy Order coming at my fort. Was wondering when they'd come at me after taking out their leader and taking out most of their cities, farms, and mines. Pretty cool stuff.
