I have a -37 ranking with starving bandits, up from -50, -47 for sand nijas, sup from -50, and -50 for cannibals, everyone else is +0, what's yours like??

-45 with starving bandits, -20 sand ninjas, -35 with dust bandits, trader's guild got down to -20 and the rest is 0

How do you increase rep with sand ninjas???

Kill them and heal them and carry to beds. And if you are lucky , you might find one just lying around and heal him I have all my relations, except cannibals and those I haven't seen yet, on positive side. Because if you hit someone to ground and then heal him, you get more positive relations than negatives.

Pretty much. I multitasked defeating them then healing them and then throwing them in beds, where they would generally be murdered by townsfolk only to be healed again.

I've tried healing lots of people but apart from myself or a squadmate it never works.

you sure they weren't dead?

I lost about 50% of my non-team patients. It also took an extremely long time because what happens is it will shoot up by 20 some points then slowly crawl back down something like 15 so you generally only make small net gains.
