i found this in the game files.

There are religious factions listed. I think that or something similar is actually invisible and used to place map markers.

Yes it is used in the in-game map editor to indicate and place the middle of town. It is simply invisible in normal play.

I think it will become visible later for another use.

Because why would you make something detailed like that, and make it invisible?

It kind of disturbs me. If it comes visible to game in one point and shields never make it to the game, then why it has a shield? Also , it looks kind of Rome style statue. It looks it's not really fitting to Kenshi. Or do we get Rome faction?
