Camera Trouble

I am only able to move my camera in a small circle around my camp/City. When I want to send one of my guys to a large city to sell stuff, I can rout e him there but i can only follow him for about 20 seconds before an invisible wall stops me from following him. This is is a problem because i cant go into the city with my camera to sell my stuff. Any help on how i can fix this or is this implemented in the game for a reason. Any information is appreciated!

Try right clicking on a character portrait... "portrait" = icon. This should snap the camera to that character, regardless of where they are.

What I did in the beginning is have one character stand in town, usually with no weapon or he will try to attack foe's attacking the city. (and die)

That way you can right click on that character in town, then left click (the icon) one time on the one I want to move and select the ground by the one in the city. It will auto find the path to the city.
