Hi all, i searched for some fan art with key words, didn't find any.
Hope i won't create a double topic, if it's the case an admin can put my post in it :3

It will be interesting if we can see a lot of fan arts in the near future.
There are already kinda a lot of posts on this forum, i'm sure soon we'll see paintings, drawings, and 3d with kenshi references, or subject.

In this topic, post all your creations about kenshi. It must be your work.

You can see here one of mine. It s not professionnal at all, but i hope you'll like it.

Wow, very nice! This seems to capture the mood of "Kenshi" quite well.

I'm always confused about why you put Kenshi inside quotation marks or inverted comma's. I noticed on your blog that you do the same thing.

From a grammatical point of view it makes no sense since Kenshi is a proper noun and so can appear normally in a sentence. Unless you say "Kenshi" and mean something else in reference.

For example: Yes, this girl has a wonderful "personality" which is why everyone wants to talk to her. Totally not because she has huge boobies.

Because Kenshi is an idea, an abstract rather than "proper" concept. Remember you're speaking to an artist tasked with the non trivial burden of encapsulating all that is "Kenshi" within sound.

My take anyway. That's why I'd be doing it, a gentle personal reminder if you will.

To clarify: It would be an abstract to me, if I were that person.

I hope it's a good thing that people recognize things that they re supposed to know, especially in a fan art ?!

Real nice. :) I might want to try and take few Kenshi themed pictures someday. As soon as I'm able to get my hands into a cool straw hat. And there are some big sand pits near where I live so they might work as a shooting place.

Thanks Hatsune_Neko. I use photoshop CS5 and a classic (and broken) Bamboo graphic tab. it s the basic one, small, cost like 99 euros.
For kenshi i used some screenshots and some documentation to be sure that it will look like a real scenery with details like in game. But it's not 100% like in kenshi, the montains for example are entirely made by myself so they re taller than in the game.

There can be a lot of color issues too, cause i'm color blind lvl 4.

I'd like to give suggestions but the biomes isn't complete yet so making nice enviroment pictures might be limited except for several memorable locations like Catan. You could try make pictures that celebrate the gameplay mechanics so people could get a better "picture" of the game... :D

Besides, the Kenshi Wiki page could use some refreshing new pictures.

Like a cat picture?

Can anyone post there or just mods? Thought anyone could provide info or new content there, i still didn´t check after some time but last time i saw i think was also in need of something new, especially because of the new char design.

And might need now too due to blueprints, i don´t know if people do look there for learn tho, as we see posts keeping popping up for asking the same thing despite be already 500 posts about, and i am not talking in here.
It s Hbrown!! Gotta get some pies!
