Did the wall update reduced the body height diversity?

i did not had time to test the new patch, did the patch affected the disversity of body proportions (mainly the extreme differences in body heights) in any way?

I dont know. I didnt read anything like that in this patch notes but I can say that you can no visit a plastic surgeon at a bar and change whatever you want.
